As always, we pledge to provide the best merchandise at competitive prices, along with our excellent delivery service. We strive to ship all orders on the same day they are received.

Completed Jack Jolly and Son, Inc. credit applications must be received to open an account. Orders will not be shipped until the completed credit application is received and processed. Open account will be provided to approved applications. All non-approved applications may be shipped using a credit card.
A Tax ID Number is required for each account. We are wholesalers and do not charge tax to established resalers. If you are a New Jersey business, we will also need you to fill out and submit a NJ ST-3 Resale Certificate for our files.

Please give your customer number when placing your order. Shipment is usually made on the same day that the order is received (if ordered before 3:00 PM). Please allow more time during peak months of March through July.

If some items you order are temporarily out of stock, they will be backordered. These items will be shipped as soon as they are available.

To insure accuracy, all personalized orders MUST be confirmed in WRITING.

Orders under $25.00 are charged a $2.00 service charge.

Terms are 2% discount 30 days, net 31 days (5% on grip quantities of 75 to 149; 10% on 150 or more grips).
For Credit Card Purchases: Credit Card numbers MUST be provided at time of order.
For Open Accounts: Checks must be received within 30 days of shipping for discounts to apply.
No discounts on shipping charges.
All invoices not paid within terms are subject to 1.5% per month finance charge.
There is a $30.00 charge for any returned check.

All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3-Day Select are also available).

While we try to maintain the lowest prices possible, all prices are subject to change without notice.

Merchandise other than defective may be returned only if current, not shop worn and not priced/tagged. There is a 20% re-stocking charge on returned merchandise. Credit will be applied to your account. We reserve the right to determine whether merchandise is defective, or abused or worn out. Please provide your account number and copy of invoice with returned merchandise.
